The Village of Indian Hill (actually a city) is home to many of the area's most prominent citizens and leaders. Almost 6,000 residents occupy almost 20 square miles of beautifully rolling wooded hillsides. The main streets follow the old Native American trails. Lots are one or five acre tracts and residents may have horses. Indian Hill has its own water supply, fire department, and the Indian Hill Rangers to keep its citizens safe. Indian Hill Schools serve almost 2,300 students with almost 200 teachers. There are also private schools such as Cincinnati Country Day located in the area. The city was incorporated in 1941 after some affluent city residents began acquiring summer homes in the area to get away from the city heat and enjoy the rural atmosphere on weekends. Greenbelt areas meander through and around most of the city, thanks to generous bequests from many residents. In fact, now almost a quarter of the land in Indian Hill is green space. The median value of the 2,100+ homes in Indian Hill in 2000 was over $700,000. That statistic alone tells quite a story! Request my Free Cincinnati, Mason and Loveland Relocation Package. Pricing >The Listing Agent
Only approximately 2% of all listings nationwide are sold by the listing agent. When you list your house with me, I will try my best to sell it myself, but more importantly, I will simply get it sold.
Colleagues in my firm or real estate agents who are affiliated with a cooperating broker may sell my listings. This is why I work hard to maintain a reputation for being very professional and easy to work with. I make the homes I list as easy as possible for other real estate agents to preview or show to buyers.
When you select a real estate agent to market your property, you are hiring them not only for their list of prospective buyers, but for their ability to tap the lists of other people in the business. I constantly lobby among my competition, asking if they have seen my listings, getting feedback and urging them to add my listings to the short lists that they show when they have a prospective buyer.
